Henry Charles Howes served with the 1st Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment in France from 22/4/15. There are 2 reports on record of him being wounded, in April 1915, and 9th November 1916 while attached to the Royal Dublin Fusiliers. He completed his service in the Labour Corps before demobilization at the end of the war.
