WW1 Trio. Gallipoli combatant. Worcestershire Regiment

£96.00
Private George Wale or Wall saw service in Gallipoli in 1915 and was discharged wounded in March 1917. He is entitled to the Silver War Badge. His name is spelt Wall on the star and Wale on the BWM and Victory. One of those not uncommon mix ups and as a result he has two medal index cards. These also confirm service in the Pay Corps. He was possibly wounded when the regiment returned to France. Worthy of further research.
