WW1 pair. Bunney. Oxf & Bucks L.I. P.O.W.

£84.00

The medals are impressed to 23628 P.BUNNEY. OXF. & BUCKS. L.I.

Percy Bunney was born in 1885 in St Blazeys, Cornwall. Forces war records shows that he was wounded in October 1917, and Red Cross records show that he was taken prisoner of war at the battle of St Quentin on 21.3.18 during the spring offensive, where the Oxford & Bucks suffered heavy losses. He is recorded as a released P.O.W. on 19.2.19.

A nice researchable soldier. Condition good very fine with long original ribbons.
