This is an unusual item. It appears to be made of brass, (It looks like cast rather than struck) and has mis matching obverse and reverse types. It has passed in circulation by the worn appearance.
I cant see a good reason to copy a low denomination like this, unless as a souvenir maybe. Any other opinions welcome.
