Royal Mint. Two Pounds. Unstruck blank.

This is a Bi-Metallic 2 pound piece blank (both sides, other coin for reference) that was found in circulation. Its not a striking error as this example didn't go through any part of the minting process. Its possible that it was a test piece for use in vending machines, etc that wasn't returned.

Correct size and weight (12g). A rare item.
