Made from 18ct gold, platinum and diamonds, with red and blue enamel. 18 old cut diamonds are set in a rotating wheel surrounding a larger central old cut diamond. The rear is marked PLAT 18ct and is scratch engraved 8545, possibly a serial number. 35mm X 25mm approx. The total diamond weight is 0.2ct approx. Total weight 5.68g Superb condition.
