Hi Faisal. Many thanks for the feedback. Just a couple of observations. The photos of the items that you ordered on my site were exactly what you received. I use DSLR's and a copy stand to ensure that the pictures are of the highest quality. I don't use 'stock photos' to give you an idea of what you will get. Also the 2 items that you ordered were sealed and graded by by NGC, a company that is internationally renowned for its ability to grade a coin for valuation purposes. Perhaps I should have looked closer on this occasion, but they are in the main part very trustworthy. I wish you all the best in your future collecting, and if you wish to send me a copy of your postage receipt, I will refund it. This is only one of half a dozen items that have been returned in the last 10 years thankfully, but as I said, I will take your comments and if necessary review my processes.
