WW1. BWM & Victory pair. Rogers. Yorkshire Light Infantry. KIA

Joseph Solomon Rogers, originally from Bristol, served with the 10th battalion, and died of wounds on the western front on 9th May 1917, aged 33.

His memorial is at the Boulogne Eastern Cemetery.

The medals are GVF. The BWM has an original ribbon, the Victory a short replacement ribbon.
