Coin inset Georgian toddy ladle.

A very nice example of a Georgian toddy spoon, inset with a 1758 sixpence. This item test as silver but is not hallmarked. It comes fitted with a twisted whalebone handle and has a presentation monogram and date to the front of the bowl. The overall condition is very good with very minor shallow dents. The handle is in excellent condition and securely mounted. Total length is 13 inches. The bowl diameter is 2 1/4 inches. A nice coin related antique.
